Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Adopted Crew offers both digital products (instant downloads) and physical merchandise (such as apparel/T-shirts). Shipping terms vary depending on the product type:

1. Digital Products (Tattoo Stencils & Procreate Files)
• Delivery Cost: Completely FREE worldwide.
• Delivery Time: Instant. No physical item will be shipped to your address. You will receive a digital download link on your checkout screen and via email immediately after your payment is processed.

2. Physical Products (T-shirts & Merchandise)
• Processing Time: All physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping to the United States and Europe usually takes 5–10 business days after processing.
• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. 
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Adopted Crew is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
